  • A memory growth occurs when using RSAPSS algorithm with
IBMJCEPlus provider

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The JVM was updated to fix the memory growth when RSAPSS
algorithm is used with IBMJCEPlus provider.
The associated Hursley RTC Problem Report is: 146173
The associated Austin Git issue is: IBMJCEPlus 384
The fix was delivered for Java 8 SR6 FP40
The files affected:
 ibmjceplus.jar,
 jgskit.dll (win32, win64)
 llibjgskit.so on AIX(ppc, ppc64)
libjgskit.so - Linux platforms
libbjgsikt.so - zOS
.
This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
