Troubleshooting
Problem
If the values for the externaleam system properties are updated, those updated values are not retrieved and used in Maximo Health, Maximo Predict, or Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities.
Symptom
For example, if you delete the mxe.externaleam.url system property and then click the Edit source asset record action for an asset, the source record opens and the BMXBH0082E error occurs in the application or industry solution. If the property is deleted, the record shouldn't open.
Cause
The externaleam system properties are only fetched one time and are then cached locally.
Resolving The Problem
After you complete the live refresh for the properties, refresh the browser.
