PH36934 resolves the following problem:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
The following Informational message is flooding the wsadmin.traceout log file after upgrading to WebSphere fix pack 9.0.5.7, 9.0.5.8, 8.5.5.18, 8.5.5.19, or 8.5.5.20:

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM WebSphere Application Server versions 8.5.5.18 through 8.5.5.20, 9.0.5.7, and 9.0.5.8 who use wsadmin.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Excessive emits of the CWSCF0002I msg in the wsadmin.traceout log file.
RECOMMENDATION:
Install a fix pack or interim fix that resolves this APAR.
In 9.0.5.7 and 8.5.5.18, an update to the application server to traverse the security configuration emitted an information message that the running process was a client. This message would repeat and potentially flood the wsadmin.traceout log file.
