Error description
If the PROCESS_STARTED and PROCESS_COMPLETED events are emitted in different application cluster members, the createdHighResolutionTimestamp of the PROCESS_STARTED event can be higher than that of the PROCESS_COMPLETED event. This can cause issues when consuming the events, such as with IBM Business Automation Insights where after a process instance is completed, the event will not be reflected properly and cause the data to be out-of-sync.

Process instances events emitted in a clustered environment can be wrongly processed by Business Automation Insights. Completed process instances may appear as non completed in IBM Business Automation Insights.
