Error description
When the connection to the IBM FileNetP8 server is temporarily interrupted, API connection error API_UNABLE_TO_USE_CONNECTION, any eDiscovery Manager tasks running at that time stall.
Local fix
Restart the eDiscovery Manager application server to enable the tasks to complete.
Problem summary
When the connection to IBM FileNet P8 server is temporarily interrupted and an exception API_UNABLE_TO_USE_CONNECTION is thrown, all running scheduled tasks stall.
Problem conclusion
Fixed the error handling code, so the scheduled tasks will be either resumed or marked as failed after the P8 server comes back online.
