APAR status

Error description

  • If JDBC driver is not configured on application server where
case event emitter is deployed, no error messages or exceptions
are reported in the application server logs.
The error results with IBM FileNet Process Engine events not
being processed.

  • Enable trace for Case Event Emitter in WebSphere profile to see
the appropriate error.
