Problem
In IBM Maximo Predict or IBM Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities, errors occur when you download the pmlib notebooks.
Resolving The Problem
Ensure that, for the APM_API_BASEURL variable, you use the root portion of the URL property for the PREDICTAPI end point. Do not use the complete URL. The documentation for the application and industry solution describes that you use the complete URL, but you need only the root portion.
