Error description

• Dynamically update TSMODEL DFHCKBR setting EXPINTMIN to zero
  during CICS initialisation and resetting to 5 when the CICS MQ
  Bridge is started for the first time

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The EXPIRYINTMin value of 5 minutes in  *
  *                      the TSModel DFHCKBR causes TS QUEUE     *
  *                      scanning to take place for all TS       *
  *                      queues including those for which the    *
  *                      model is not being used. This may lead  *
  *                      to a big increase in CPU usage,         *
  *                      particularly if shared TS queues exist. *
  ****************************************************************
  The TSModel DFHCKBR, required for transaction CKBR, specifies
  a minimum expiry interval (EXPIRYINTMin) of 5 minutes which
  causes TS Queue scanning to be initiated and run every minute by
  DFHTSCL.This may lead to a big increase in CPU usage,
  particularly if shared TS queues exist
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been added to set the EXPIRYINTMin value within the
  installed TSMB for DFHCKBR to zero during CICS initialisation
  and reset it to 5 minutes if the CICS MQ Bridge is started.
