Question
We found some PDF pages shown as blank page, when we try to open a PDF document in Daeja Viewone(Daeja) Viewer.
We even encountered the issue with latest version of IBM Content Navigator3.0.10. Help with this issue.
Cause
This issue might be caused by the following Daeja known defect IO28428
IO28428 PDF DOCUMENTS WITH EMBEDDED JPEG2000 DISPLAYS BLANK WHITE PAGE
Answer
Apply the latest Daeja5.0.9 interim fix005 or later to fix the issue.
For IBM Content Navigator(ICN)3.0.10, by default it includes Daeja5.0.9 interim fix004, so apply interim fix001 based on ICN3.0.10.
