APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Work Center Administration, we can create the SR templates that
    will be used in the Work Center Submit Service Request.
    For each of these templates it is possible to assign attributes,
    which are called "Follow-up Questions".
    However, when more than 10 follow-up questions are added, not
    all of them are shown on the "Additional Details" card,
    regardless of whether all questions are answered or not.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    Steps to Replicate:
    
    1. Go to Work Center Administration > Service Request
    Configuration > Categories and create a new Category: "Work
    Center"
    
    2. In the Issue card click on "+" and add new issue: "Work
    Center Issue" and click on "Follow-up Question" icon (1st icon)
    
    3. Click on "+ Add" and a list of attributes will be shown,
    choose 16 from that list. It doesn't matter if they are required
    or not.
    Done
    
    4. Go to Work Center Submit Service Request and create a new SR
    using "Work Center" template
    Describe the issue: Work Center Issue
    Next
    AdditionalDetails: all attributes added in step 3 will be
    listed. Answer all or part of them (14) > Next > complete all
    information requeired and Submit request
    
    5. Open the newly created SR under Active Requests. View the
    Additional Details section of the SR.
    
    Results: Additional Details section says there are 16 follow-up
    questions, but only 10 can be seen in the card.
    
    Expected Results: The Additional Details section should show all
    the follow-up questions created for the issue of the chosen
    template.
