IT38042: VOLUME REPORTS WITH MORE THAN 2000 ROWS, EXPORTED AS .CSV, DO NOT CONTAIN ALL EXPECTED VOLUMES

Error description

• When a volume report contains more than 2000 volumes, it will
  list out the first 2000 volumes and then repeat that same list
  of 2000 afterwards. This results in an incomplete report with
  duplicate entries for all volumes. It does not include any
  volumes beyond a count of 2000 when exported to .csv. Exporting
  as .html format appears to work correctly and not produce an
  incomplete list with duplicates.
