APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Customer has created a IsMobile WOTRACK clone with a Where
    Clause on Presentation.
    When on Actuals tab>Materials they Go to Inventor ismobile
    clone, bring up an Item, do Return with Value, it is going to a
    different WO without the item.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. In application Designer Clone INVENTOR and make new App
    IsMobile
    2. Add a presentation where clause location != 'WW_TRANSFERS'
    3. In application Designer Clone WOTRACK and make new App
    IsMobile
    4. Add a presentation where clause (status = 'APPR' and
    (woclass = 'WORKORDER' or woclass = 'ACTIVITY') and historyflag
    = 0 and istask = 0 and siteid = 'BEDFORD' and wopriority = 1)
    5. Go to the WOtrack Clone, hit magnifying glass to bring up
    the list of records
    6. Pick Workorder 91091
    7. Open Actuals Tab>Materials
    8. Click New Row.
    9. From Table Window Item field, Go to Inventor Clone app,
    bring up list of items and pick 900810 Lubricator Assembly
    10. Click Return with Value from Inventory -clone and it
    returned to Work Order 3102 with no item.
    
    Results:
    When return with value is clicked, you are taken to a different
    workorder
    
    
    Expected Results:
    Return with Value returns Item to the correct workorder
