Error description

• Drill through from Powercube to relational source using in_range
  operator results in the following error:
  XQE-PLN-0019 Need to resolve prompts.
  XQE-PLN-0105 Invalid format for prompt 'myDatePrompt'. Expected
  format for datetime: CCYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.
  
  You may also see this error code:
  XQE-PLN-0103  Invalid format for prompt 'myDatePrompt'. Expected
  format for date: CCYY-MM-DD
  
  The error occurs for Drill-through defined within your report or
  defined globally/ on your Powercube package.
  Error situation tested and replicated using Report Studio and
  Analysis Studio starting with 11.0.13 FP4.
  

Local fix

• For release 11.1.x see APAR PH25654 => upgrade to 11.1.7.x or
  higher
