• Data collection fails after adding Cisco MDS switches to Storage
  Insights. The switches are shown under the Chassis tab, but they
  do not show up under the Switches tab.
  
  The task to add the switches shows as failed in Storage
  Insights.  Example:
    Adding 4 systems of type Cisco Switch
    Cannot connect to the switch with the provided IP address,
