Problem
Additional JDBC options setting for the database does not take effect for Manage.
In the database configuration screen of Maximo Application Suite dashboard, a user can specify optional driver options. This setting is not incorporated by Manage application if the database if bound to Manage. For any JDBC driver option, the user needs to include them as part of the JDBC connection string.
