Error description

  • The cookies downloaded from the WebSphere Integrated Solutions
Console are not configured with the 'Secure' and 'HttpOnly'
flag and the cookie path is set to '/'.

*                  manage their WebSphere environment.         *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The TJ3 and TEJ had do not have         *
*                      Secure or HttpOnly set.                 *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
TJE and TEJ cookies of the console do not have the Secure and
HttpOnly flags set.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The console was only modified to add the Secure flag to the
cookies.   The cookies are used by javascript to open/close
options on the navigation panel.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
9.0.5.9, 8.5.5.21. For more information, see 'Recommended
