IJ34201: MEA - RECEIVE ROTATING TOOL GENERATING ADDITIONAL MESSAGE

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When returning a rotating tool in the Receiving application, we
  can see in Message Tracking that 2 messages are generated
  1. RETURN receipt with negative quantity
  2. TRANSFER receipt with negative quantity
  
  The 2nd receipt message should not be generated. This does not
  happen with the rotating items or when a storeroom is not
  selected.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Prepare the environment
  1. Install Maximo Enterprise Adapter
  2. Enable external system with publish channel MXRECEIPT_TOOA12
  3. Ensure that MXRECEIPT_TOOA12 has message tracking enabled
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create new Purchase Order
  2. Add a line with linetype = TOOL (item)
  3. Select a storeroom
  4. Add another line with a ROTATING tool (rotating asset)
  5. Select same storeroom
  6. Fill out any other required field
  7. Approve PO
  8. Fully receive the PO (includes using the "Receive Rotating
  Item" button)a
  9. At this point, Message Tracking will contain 1 additional
  message, which is a TRANSFER receipt with 1 quantity.
  10. Return the rotating assets and save.
  
  RESULTS:
  In Message Tracking you will see 3 messages generated instead
  of 2, and 2 of these messages are from this rotating asset
  receipt.
  This only occurs for the rotating asset and not for the item.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Only 2 receipt messages should be generated, one for the item
  and one for rotating asset.
