APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After reorging a database with ACCESS=UP status INQONLY the
  database is realloctated  ACCESS=UP but the status INQONLY
  is no longer there so database updates can take place.

  ORF has not checked the database status INQONLY.
  But ORF should check the status and issue a /DBDUMP command if
  the database has the status INQONLY before reorganizing.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that ORF checks whether the database
  has the status INQONLY and issues a /DBDUMP command if the
  database has the status INQONLY before reorganizing.
