Problem
Authorizing IBM Match 360 with Watson for use with IBM MDM Publisher can fail IBM Aspera certification. This failure can occur even if you provide the correct details of the worker node in the Red Hat OpenShift cluster.
Symptom
The connection test to the IBM Aspera Data Transfer Server can fail with the following message:
Failed to acquire certificate, check connection information.
Resolving The Problem
This error message is often a false error. To resolve this issue:
- Check to ensure that you provided the correct Aspera Data Transfer Server worker node connection details.
- When asked whether you would like to retry the connection test, select N or n for no.
