Error description

• An ABEND S0C4-0011 in the QM ISPF Client can be encountered when
  working with the 'Display Exceptions' panel

  1. Next code defects fixed that may cause an ABEND 0C4
  encountered in the 'Display Exceptions' or 'Current SQL
  Activity' panels:
  a. One-digit negative SQLCODE may cause an ABEND S0C4 in
  MODULE CQM$ACTA to be encountered in the QM ISPF Client when
  working with the 'Display Exceptions' panel.
  b. Excessive storage allocation with big amount of data to
  show in the 'Display Exceptions' or 'Current SQL Activity'
  panels may cause an ABEND S0C4 in MODULE CQM$ACTA. That
  mostly observed when working with the Data Sharing Group view.
  2. ABEND S0C4-0004 in CQMMEXXX+05534
  during Query Monitor collector restart.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Code changed to correctly handle one-digit negative SQLCODE.
  Fixed excessive storage allocation in the 'Display Exceptions'
  and 'Current SQL Activity' panels.
  Recovery fixed to show CQM075E message when abend in panel
  caused by the lack of storage.
  2. Logic changed to avoid S0C4 abends in CQMMEXXX on shutdown
  or startup for long running treads.
