APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Administration>Organizations.
    2. Open your org>More Options>Service Address Options.
    3. Make sure the coordinate system is set to lat/long instead of
    XY.
    4. Go to Map Manager.
    5. Open your currently enabled Map Manager record.
    6. make sure it's configured with Token Security.
    7. Go to WO Tracking.
    8. Create a new WO.
    9. Go to Service Address tab.
    10. In order to see that part of the code that deals with
    lat/long is still working, use a valid pair of coordinates. Set
    the Lat/Long fields as follows:
    Latitude(Y):     6,3845897100
    Longitude(X):     -75,1222279100
    11. Save.
    12. Go to the Map tab.
    13. See the map places the blue marker on the right spot.
    14. Right-click anywhere else on the map and click "Set record
    location".
    
    
    RESULT:
    "BMXAT0279E - The Latitude(Y) coordinate is not valid." error
    message is thrown.
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    New set of lat/long to be associated to the WO.

    TPAE 7.6.1.2 + Spatial 7.6.1.0
