IT37813: STREAMING VM RESTORE USING 'SAN' TRANSPORT MODE MIGHT FAIL

Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus streaming restore in SAN mode may
  fail.
  
  Streaming restore in SAN mode is based on proxy's detection
  about whether the selected transport modes list containing SAN
  only or not.
  
  This detection is not working therefore the handling for SAN
  only restore mode might fail..

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this issue is to always create a VM snapshot for
  restore streaming restore regardless of transport mode.
