Error description

  • When performing Backup from office 365 users Calendar events
    from Outlook , job fails with following errors:
    CTGGR0009  EXCHANGE CALENDARS BACKUP - user
    xxx@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com - The task ended with a failed status.
    
    CTGGR0034 EXCHANGE CALENDARS BACKUP - xxx@xxx.onmicrosoft.com -
    The following error occurred during processing: Connection
    timeout.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem has been fixed so that calendars events backup is
    completed successfully and the connection during backup
    operations is not timed out
