Error description

• CAE Server fails to correctly identify from which LPAR it should
  take the correct Db2 for request

  If we have two different Db2 subsystems with the same name
  'XXXX' on different LPARs and of them belongs to DSG group,
  CAE Server fails to correctly identify from
  which LPAR it should take the correct Db2
  for request.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic was changed to identify Db2 correctly.
