Problem
Limitations exist when upgrading IBM Maximo Predict and IBM Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities in IBM Maximo Application Suite 8.5.0.
Resolving The Problem
If you are upgrading existing instances of IBM Maximo Predict 8.2.0 and IBM Maximo Manage 8.0.0, you must upgrade Maximo Manage to 8.1.0 before you can upgrade Maximo Predict to 8.2.0.
Maximo Predict 8.2.0 and Maximo Monitor 8.4.0 cannot be upgraded to Maximo Predict 8.3.0 and Maximo Monitor 8.5.0. You must uninstall Maximo Predict, upgrade Maximo Monitor to 8.5.0, and then deploy and activate Maximo Predict 8.3.0.
If you are upgrading Maximo Health and Predict Utilities 8.0.0 and Maximo Manage 8.0.0, you must upgrade Maximo Manage from 8.0.0 to 8.1.0 before you upgrade Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities to 8.1.0.
