Problem

Creating a Health user with an 82 character name causes user sync to fail

Resolving The Problem

Manage with Health as an add-on

  1. Log in to Manage as admin user with the access of database configuration application
  2. Go to Database Configuration Application
  3. Filter the object name by PERSON, and find PERSONID from the attribute tab
  4. Increase the attribute length to 82 or as needed
  5. Turn on the admin mode and apply the database configuration change.
  6. Turn off the admin mode after the configuration steps are done

Health stand-alone

  1. Log in as Health admin user with the access of database configuration application
  2. Go to Database Configuration Application
  3. Filter the object name by PERSON, and find PERSONID from the attribute tab
  4. Increase the attribute length to 82 or as needed
  5. Turn on the admin mode and apply the database configuration change.
  6. Turn off the admin mode after the configuration steps are done
