Cannot change selected dates in Health history and Asset timeline charts

Troubleshooting


Problem

The date picker has a known issue where the custom range selections for the 'Absolute' option cannot be changed. This issue affects the custom date range selection in the Health history and Asset timeline charts.

Resolving The Problem

The following options can be used to work around the issue: 
  • The 'Absolute' option under 'Custom Range' can still be used, but the start and end dates can be chosen only once before the 'Apply' button is clicked.
  • Use the 'Relative' option under 'Custom Range' to get past data for a specified time period.
The previous and next arrow buttons near the date picker can also be used to move the selected date range. For example, if the selected range is 1 July 2021 to 31 July 2021, clicking the next arrow will set the range as 1 August 2021 to 31 August 2021.
