Error description

• In environments where a single LUN is shared among multiple
  servers, Storage Insights chargeback reports fail to recognize
  the LUN as shared, and will charge for every host that is
  associated with that LUN.
  
  Expected behavior would be to charge for one LUN, and recognize
  that it is shared among a group of servers.
