Error description
Customer recently installed HOD v14.0.3 in a test environment. They use a load balancer and mirrored HOD servers in both test and production environment. Running in a sandbox the customer is able to access the HOD HTML however HOD Launcher would not run automatically. Reinstalling HOD Launcher does not resolve the issue.
Local fix
L3 team added conditional checking when the document base is null. This to catch in case of Load balancer is in place along with HOD server. The permanent fix will be added on the next fix pack release of HOD.
