IJ33711: PMWOGENCRONTASK DOES NOTPMWOGENCRONTASK DOES NOT CREATE TASK LINES SUMMARIES WITH ASSETNUM + DESCRIPTION CREATE TASK LINES WITH

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Routes application.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Make route stops to be created as WO tasks.
  4. Add 2 new rows.
  5. Assign a different asset for each row. (make sure both are
  ACTIVE)
  6. Go to PM application.
  7. Create a new PM record.
  8. Assign to it the route that was just created.
  9. Move to the Frequency tab.
  10. Change the Frenquency to 1 and Estimated Next Due Date to
  today.
  11. Save.
  12. Go to Cron Task Setup application.
  13. Open PMWoGenCronTask.
  14. Make sure you have an active instance that will pick the PM
  that was just created once it's ACTIVE.
  15. Go back to PM application and change the status of the PM to
  ACTIVE.
  16. Wait for the cron to run.
  17. Go to WO Tracking application.
  18. Filter for the generated WO using the PMnum.
  19. Move to the Plans tab.
  20. See the Tasks 10 and 20 have only the assetnums in their
  summaries.
  21. Go back to PM application.
  22. Open the PM record again and click Generate Work Orders.
  23. Change the Generate WOs Due Today Plus This Number of Days
  to 1 and click OK.
  24. Go to WO Tracking and open the WO that was created in the
  previous step.
  25. Move to the Plans tab.
  26. See the Tasks 10 and 20 have the assetnum along with their
  asset descriptions in their summaries.
  
  
  RESULT:
  PMWoGenCronTask does not create task lines summaries with
  ASSETNUM + DESCRIPTION
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Task summaries to have ASSETNUM + DESCRIPTION just like the
  Generate Work Orders action.
