JR63916: CANNOT MIGRATE PROJECTS USING MACHINE LEARNING PROVIDERS FROM ADS 20.0.3 & 21.0.1 TO 21.0.2

Error description

• The machine learning providers set on ADS 20.0.3 & 21.0.1 are
  lost when upgrading to 21.0.2. The consequence is that projects
  using Machine Learning providers cannot be migrated. The issue
  comes from a database mapping issue between ADS 20.0.3 & 21.0.1
  and 21.0.2.
