If an IBM Content Navigator desktop used for Case is configured with classic navigation bar layout, case client does not load successfully on initial login. You see a blank window with a solution role selector. Case client displays correctly after you navigate away and back to the case feature, or selecting a role from the solution role selector. Local fix
Workarounds: 1) Configure the Content Navigator desktop used for Case with the default navigation layout 2) Configure the default feature for the Content Navigator desktop to be something other than Case. This change forces the user to navigate to the Case feature after login, which would load Case client correctly.
