Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Change the database to UTC time and Maximo user timezone to
  UTC.
  2. Go to the Cron Task Setup.
  3. Bring up the PmWogen Crontask.
  4. Open the Cron Task Instances tab.
  5. Click on the calendar icon for the Schedule field.
  6. Select Every 1 week(s) add on day Saturday at time 4:00AM.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  The day selected in the calendar moves back to the previous day
  after clicking OK.  In this case the day is changed to Friday
  at 4:00AM.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The day should remain as the day selected.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Maximo 7.6.1.1
