Error description

• UMS admingroup setting is missing in the UMS CR templates and
  Install instructions.
  
  The parameter ums_configuration.teamserver.admingroup is
  required in most enterprise install scenarios.
  If not set, customers will not be able to login to the Teams
  Management UI to administer teams.
  The parameter is missing in the provided customer resource
  templates ibm_cp4a_cr_enterprise_FC_foundation.yaml and
  ibm_cp4a_cr_enterprise_foundation.yaml.
  Installation instructions in the KC are missing the step to
  configure the parameter ums_configuration.teamserver.admingroup
  in the customer resource template.

Problem conclusion

• ibm_cp4a_cr_enterprise_FC_foundation.yaml and
  ibm_cp4a_cr_enterprise_foundation.yaml are fixed to include the
  ums_configuration.teamserver.admingroup parameter.
  Knowledge Center is fixed: the step to adjust the
  ums_configuration.teamserver.admingroup in the custom resource
  is included.
