IJ33512: LABOR ASSOCIATED TO CREW LABOR AVAILABLE HOURS SHOWING NEGATIVE HOURS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem
  When you have labor associated to a Crew and the calendar shift
  hours are an hour less than the Start time and End time labor
  available hours are showing negative available hours.
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Go the the Calendar application
  Create a calendar
  Create Work Periods example
  
  Start Time = 5:00 AM
  End Time = 5:00 PM
  
  Shift Hours = 11:00
  
  Basically the Shift Hours is 1 hour less than the start and End
  Time
  Which is key to reproduce the issue
  Save the Record
  
  More Actions Define / Apply Shifts
  Take note of the Calendar
  
  Go to the Crews Application
  Create a new crew
  
  Populate Calendar and Shift fields with the calendar and shift
  created above
  Populate all the required field
  Add a Required Craft
  Click on the Labor Assignments tab
  Click on Assigned Labor
  
  Click new row add the Position from the required crafts and
  assign a labor record (Make sure the labor also has
  the same calendar and shift as the crew)
  Change the status to Active
  
  Go to the Assignment Manager application
  Click on the Crew List and filter for the crew created above and
  select the crew
  Click on the Labor Tab and filter for the labor record
  associated to the Crew
  
  
  Results
  The Labor is showing -1:00 negative available hours
  
  Expected Results
  The Labor available hours should be showing 0:00
