Problem
SUBNM formulas show up as blank within Planning Analytics for Excel Dynamic and Custom Reports resulting in data not getting retrieved.
Symptom
The issue is model specific. As such, some customer's may not face this problem.
Cause
The issue is caused due to the presence of an orphan control dimension object in the TM1 data directory.
For example : A control dimension "}ElementAttributes_DimensionX" exists in the data directory however dimension,"DimensionX" does not.
Resolving The Problem
Identify and remove the orphaned object/file.
