IJ33384: ITEM FIELD POPULATES VALUE ON INSERT IN ITEM MASTER AFTER 7.6.1.2 FEATURE PACK UPDATE

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  After applying the 7.6.1.2 Feature Pack, a value auto-populates
  in the Item field when a new record is created in Item Master.
  This did not occur in previous Feature Packs.
  
  The change was made by the V7612_06.dbc script under the
  <MaxRoot>\tools\maximo\en\script folder.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Log in to maxdemo instance
  Go To Inventory | Item Master
  Common Actions | New Item
  
  RESULT:
  A value populates in the Item field
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  A value should not populate in the Item field
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
