Error description

• Query Monitor doesn't start when using VOLUME as collector
  parameter
  

Local fix

• Remove the VOLUME statement from the input parameter stream for
  starting the CQM subsystem

  When forming parameters for the dynamic allocation of data sets
  in the program code, the volume name was sent as 8 characters
  instead of 6 characters. In addition, 2 adjacent bytes were
  corrupted.
