Error description

• When IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments - Data
  Protection for VMware creates Tag Categories in VMware vCenter,
  the namespace URI for the Tag Category (urn:vim25) is missing.
  The missing Tag Category namespace URI does not impact any
  functionality of Data Protection for VMware, but other
  applications (like, but not limited to VMware SRM) that expect
  this namespace URI in the Tag Category might encounter errors.
