• Selecting a custom report template created with a visualization
  11.1 results in message :
  <Server_Name>:<Port number> says
  Uncaught The visualization could not be rendered. The
  visualization gallery did not return a definition for the
  visualization "com.ibm.vis.<visualization_name>".

Local fix

• 1) You can click "OK" and everything will work afterwards even
  if having the error is not convenient to the users.
  2) Use 11.0 visualizations or Legacy charts
