Planning Analytics Workspace Lifecycle Manager does not migrate custom dashboard palettes between environments.
Resolving The Problem
This is expected behaviour, Planning Analytics Workspace Lifecycle Manager does not support palette migration. In Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.63+, dashboard palettes have been replaced with Themes.
