IJ33059: WHEN LOGON TO MAXIMO IN OTHER LANGUAGE THAN ENGLISH YOU GET THE FOLLOWING ISSUE: BMXAA2238E

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  
  When logon to Maximo in another language other than English,
  you get the following issue:  BMXAA2238E - Please enter the user
  name and password.
  
  ACTION TAKEN:
  
  reproduce this on my Maximo 7.6.1.2 system on
  http://server/maximo
  I installed the latest ifix but still have this issue.
  I have tested it on my system on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and
  safari.
  My test was done on a Mac and tested on the server on chrome and
  got the same issue.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1  - start Maximo http://server/maximo
  2  - select Finish language
  3 - put user name and password in (on the test, this is maxadmin
  for user and password)
  4  - now you get the following error:BMXAA2238E - Anna
  käyttäjätunnus ja salasana.
  5 - after this, you can not change the language to English.
  6. When you close the browser and select English, it works fine,
  and when you log out and log in to finish or another language,
  it works fine.
  The issue is the only first time you try to login into another
  language than English.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  You can log in to Maximo in any language without issue.
