Troubleshooting
Problem
A user in TM1 Application Web sees unexpected data in blue text, as if changes have been made and are uncommitted. When in this state, the user is unable to add new data.
Diagnosing The Problem
User's cube-delta-file (in }sandbox-folder) is corrupted.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the problem, recreate the }sandbox-folder for the user encountering the issue:
- Stop the TM1 instance
- Find the user's folder in the TM1 Data Directory
- Delete the }sandboxes folder
- Start the TM1 instance
- Ask the user to logon TM1 Applications and repeat the steps
- When the user clicks Commit in TM1 Application Web, the values should commit and the .cube_delta file removed
