IJ25645: Agent Builder AGENTS ARE NOT DISPLAYED IN CP4MCM UI.
Error description: Existing customers have agents that they have developed for IBM Tivoli Monitoring and APM. These agents and their data do not appear in the CP4MCM UI, so the customers cannot migrate their management to CP4MCM.

The Tomcat agent does not show on the APM UI dashboard.

Need to have APM OS agent run as a different user.
Summary: Customer does not want the agent to run as root. Needs the agent to run as a non-root user. When changed to a non-root user the agent does not start. Issue seems to be a permissions and credentials issue.

[New IBM/IBM Tivoli Monitoring Related Section - Java Expired Certificates].

Java Expired Certificates.
As of 6th June 2021, you might find that you are no longer able to launch the Tivoli Enterprise Portal console.
This is as a result of some expired certificates within the set of classes files used to launch the
Tivoli Enterprise Portal console.
We have an automated process that can be used to resign the certificates for you that only requires a zip/tar of the current set of classes files used (detailed below) One caveat to note is that if application supports are installed to the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server you may experience this issue again, and we will need to resign all of the classes files again using the automated process. In order for us to resign your Jar files, we require all compressed files or the entire classes directory on your Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server host.
Follow these steps to create an archive named 'classes.tar' or 'classes.zip' and send it to support to process the resigning of the Jar files.
Go to the Tivoli Enterprise Portal (1) UNIX/Linux
InstallDirectory/Architecture/cw/classes
Windows
%CANDLE_HOME%\CNB\classes
(2) Run the following command or use a GUI tool to create a tar/zip file containing all the *.jar and *.zip files only found in the classes directory...
Tar cvf /tmp/classes.tar *.jar *.zip
(3) Open a new case to the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Support team to resign your current Jar files.
Upload the resulting archive file to Ecurep as-is (do not compress it further)
