APAR status

Error description

• The problem starts with the  CWSID0019I: Configuration reload,
  triggered by a BPM config change.
  
  This causes the SIBus to recreate several queues and move any
  existing messages from the old version of the queue to the new
  one.
  
  In this case there is an MQLink running actively putting
  messages on one of the queues. While doing this it discovers
  that the version of the queue it started putting the new
  message on to has disappeared, causing the issue.
  
  The messages themselves may be put on the exception
  destination, which can be checked for any expected messages.
