Problem

Internal Error 500 occurs when exporting from Planning Analytics Workspace to Excel

Symptom

Changing a set in the member dropdown results in an error:
Could not perform command
"ChangeMemberSet.Execute". Error:"java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"

Resolving The Problem

In the Planning Analytics Workspace installation folder, find and edit the \config\paw.ps1 (or paw.env if Linux), increase the proxy timeout as required:
$env:ProxyTimeoutSeconds="120"
Save the file and restart Planning Analytics Workspace.
