IJ32995: FILE ATTACHMENT NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY IN SAFARI

Error description

• When adding a file attachment the file does not upload in Safari
  
  This is working properly in other browsers
  Tested with multiple file types (pdf, txt, xml, etc)
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  Go to any app with file attachments ie.) PR or WOTRACK
  Attachments > Add New Attachments > Add New File > Select Files
  File selected does not upload as expected
  
  Worked in 7.6.1.2 GA.
