Problem
In IBM® Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 on hosted environments, the Default Windows add disk add-on does not run on Windows virtual machines.
When you deploy patterns by using Default Windows add disk add-on in IBM® Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 on hosted environments, it is observed that the add-on never runs on the virtual machine, making the additional disk not available.
The problem exists on Windows virtual machines when you use the Default Windows add disk add-on (by specifying in the DRIVE_LETTER attribute).
Symptom
If the drive letter is specified in the pattern, the Default Windows add disk add-on script does not run for the Windows virtual machines.

Note: You can also upgrade to IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1 or higher to resolve this problem.
