PH34082: IMPROVE VERIFICATION OF THE LOB/XML DATA SET ATTRIBUTES

Error description

• The LOB/XML data set is required to be allocated with the
  special attributes which must be this: LRECL=32756,
  BLKSIZE=32760, RECFM=VB, DSORG=PO. If the LOB/XML data set
  was allocated outside the product with wrong attributes the
  product will corrupt previously existed members in the data
  set. This APAR will create a solution that will check the
  attributes of the LOB/XML data set if it was allocated
  outside the product and if the 'Include LOB/XML data' filter
  was used. If filter was used and LOB/XML PDS was allocated
  outside and the requirements were not met the product will
  issue the error message and halt processing.
