Error description
The CM is setup to use proxy mode for Client and Server connections. If there is a problem creating a that proxy connection a direct connection between the client and the server is established. The CM debug output will show: 18:20:57 SLA oltpdr_w proxy client ipadress1.44(15) to servername(30) ipadress2.51204 18:21:10 DEBUG[TID7]:cmsm_proxy poll (15, 30) failed [cmsm_worker.c::2015] and a direct connection between the client and the server can be seen on the ids server.

There is no issue from CM side, it is with JCC behaviour. Customer has got the solution for proxy connection.
